Corriere della Sera , non è una tossicodipendente, non è una sbandata, non è una prostituta ma è una normale ragazza di 21 anni come oggi ce ne sono tante, una ragazza com'ero io qualche anno fa.
Racconta di aver scoperto di essere sieropositiva a 18 anni appena compiuti, di aver fatto il test quasi per caso, senza ansie, forse per curiosità, ed era tranquilla perché viveva la sua vita normale come ogni ragazza della sua età, convinta di non aver avuto comportamenti a rischio perché aveva rapporti sessuali solo con il suo ragazzo con cui stava da 4 anni.
Ma il suo ragazzo non era stato sempre fedele, e infatti lui aveva contratto inconsapevolmente il virus trasmettendolo poi a lei, ignaro di tutto.
Oggi nel mondo ci sono più di 33 milioni di persone con l'Hiv, di queste circa 3 milioni hanno meno di 15 anni!
Sarà che in questo momento sono incinta e quindi più sensibile, sarà che conosco bene gli adolescenti di oggi, quella loro smania di vivere, quella loro sana incoscienza, ma sono spaventata!
In Italia non si fa più niente per parlare di Hiv, di Aids!
Forse si crede che non parlarne sia un modo per arginare il problema, forse crediamo che tanto a noi non toccherà, che sia solo la malattia dei gay o dei tossici, ma non è così!
